Episode 28

Closing the Browser on Anxiety with Marley Freygang

As always, I have an amazing guest to share with you in this episode. But before we begin, I want to share a new mantra: "I have more money than I think". You can take the "I have more ... than I think" and insert any word you need to remind yourself you are never lacking. Do you have a mantra that you say daily? If so, share it with me at hello@authenticallybeyou.com and I may just share your mantra in the next episode!

As I mentioned, in this episode I have the wonderful Marley Freygang. Marley is an actress and podcaster. Her favorite foods include protein cookies, waffles and sushi. Marley thought the constant feeling of panic would break her. Once she learned the term for what she was feeling and how to cope with it, she began having a new outlook on life.

I invite you to join our conversation as Marley and I discuss:

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
  • Panic Attacks
  • Performance Anxiety
  • Behaviors
  • Fight or Flight
  • Pretending
  • Dyslexia
  • Comparison
  • Social Media
  • Therapy
  • Medication
  • Gratitude
  • Automatic Thoughts
  • Trying to Fit In
